Good vibes

Arnica "achy" oil

We use this as a massage oil on our achy muscles. Easy to make and a little goes a long way.

Chia!

We simply stir some Chia seeds into chocolate almond milk and refrigerate. Stir after about 30 minutes to keep them from clumping together. We make it at night and eat it for breakfast. You can add honey, cinnamon, fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.

Get outside if you can.
